FBI's Quiet Seven-Document Northeastern US Investigation — Buried Inside PURSUE Release 03
Most of the attention on PURSUE Release 03 has gone to the Western US Event 2023 case package and the new FBI video series. Sitting beside them is a less-noticed but structurally similar packet: FBI-UAP-D004 through D010 — seven documents covering FBI investigations into Northeastern US UAP sightings in 2024 and 2025.
Five FD-1057 supplemental documents (D004 → D008, 2024) plus two FD-302 interview reports (D009, D010, 2025). Companion video: FBI-UAP-PR004 (49 sec).
What the seven documents cover
- FBI-UAP-D004 (FD-1057-02) — Northeastern United States, 2024
- FBI-UAP-D005 (FD-1057-04) — Northeastern United States, 2024
- FBI-UAP-D006 (FD-1057-05) — Northeastern United States, 2024
- FBI-UAP-D007 (FD-1057-06) — Northeastern United States, 2024
- FBI-UAP-D008 (FD-1057-07) — Northeastern United States, 2024
- FBI-UAP-D009 (FD-302-67) — Northeastern Orb Sighting, 2025
- FBI-UAP-D010 (FD-302-71) — Northeastern Orb Sighting, 2025
Why FD-1057 vs FD-302 matters
The FBI uses different form types for different purposes. FD-302 is the standard interview record — what a witness said, captured in summary form by the interviewing agent. FD-1057 is a supplemental documentation form, typically used for ancillary records, follow-up materials, and case-file additions. The Northeastern packet leans heavily on FD-1057 supplementals from 2024 (five documents) and pairs them with two FD-302 interview records from 2025 — meaning the 2024 investigation was substantially documented, and a related (or repeat) sighting in 2025 produced fresh witness interviews.
The supplemental orb-video context
This packet sits inside the broader FBI Northeastern orb cluster that Release 03 introduces: PR001 (Triangle Orbs 2021), PR002 (Red Orb Rotation 2022), PR003 (Orbs Over the Pond 2024), and PR004 (Northeastern Orb 2025) — four sensor videos and now seven supporting documents. Supplemental review material elsewhere in Release 03 indicates parts of the orb series may have conventional explanations including sky lanterns — the files are published as records for analysis, not as anomalous claims.
